#upstairs downstairs #lady persie #hallam holland #ed stoppard #claire foy #mine #why do I ship them so much - I have no idea #I absolutely do not condone what they have done to agnes #but there is something about them that sends my shipping senses into overload #idk maybe it's because hallam actually was there for persie when she needed help #help and not 'saving' #and he actually liked her for who she was #he understood her and he saw her #and I guess that for persie he was 'a decent man' #she actually saw him as a good man - she told him that #I can see them running away together after the whole shit hit the fan #and they wouldn't be able to stay away if agnes hadn't find out about the whole affair #they'd have this fucked-up relationship where they hurt each other but cannot stay away from each other #and also - anyone else sees similarities between hallam and portia and their fucked-up visions of relationships? #because they are very similar #they should meet up and talk about hurting people they love #and I also blame me shipping them on claire and ed chemistry #damn you two
